Europe (Air Mail): £7.50 per book OR flat rate of £28.00 if ordering 4 or more books
Rest of world (Air Mail): £11.50 per book OR flat rate of £39.50 if ordering 4 or more books.
United States (Air Mail): £13.50 per book OR flat rate of £39.50 if ordering 4 or more 2nd hand books.
